Returns

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags still attached, and in the same condition that you received it.

Before returning any items, please contact us at info@balletnights.com to obtain a Return Authorisation. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please note it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same product if you need a different size or if the item is defective or damaged. Please email us at info@balletnights.com before sending your exchange to receive approval and instructions.

 

Return Shipping

Ballet Nights will cover the cost of return shipping. After your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable.
