Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be made by emailing masterclasses@balletnights.com with the title "Masterclasses Cancellation Request – [Participant's Name]". Refunds are available under the following conditions: Brisbane (17th – 21st September): Cancellations before 17th August are eligible for a 50% refund. Melbourne (24th – 28th September): Cancellations before 24th August are eligible for a 50% refund. Sydney (30th September – 4th October): Cancellations before 30th August are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of the start of the course. For adult classes, no refunds will be given 30 days prior to the time and date of the class. If the course is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or insufficient enrolment, full refunds will be issued.
