The Ballet Nights Young Ambassador Programme is a groundbreaking initiative developed to spotlight and nurture the next generation of exceptional talent. We are dedicated to nurturing young artists and growing each regional Young Ambassador program to organically strengthen and develop the dance ecosystem and cultural landscape in every country we serve.

The program not only identifies promising young artists, but also offers them direct access to world-class mentorship, performance opportunities, and international artistic exchange. These artists will be connected to Ballet Nights’ main hubs in London and internationally, featured in a London show.

This global exchange of emerging talent aims to establish a new international platform for the next generation of artists—a network of rising stars and furture leading members of the arts community in their country - championed by Ballet Nights.
