BALLET NIGHTS
YOUNG AMBASSADOR
A groundbreaking initiative developed to spotlight and nurture the next generation of exceptional talent in dance, choreography, stage direction and production.
ABOUT BALLET NIGHTS YOUNG AMBASSADORS
The Ballet Nights Young Ambassador Program is a prestigious initiative designed to identify and support exceptional young artists by providing year-long mentorship, professional coaching, and international exposure. Each ambassador is guided by leading artists as well as our team, and given the opportunity to participate on or behind the scenes of the Ballet Nights stage alongside world-class professionals, gaining direct visibility with top schools, companies, directors, and industry leaders. The program is specifically designed to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, offering young artists from underrepresented regions a clear pathway into the international ballet world.
This global exchange of emerging talent aims to establish a new international platform for the next generation of artists, a network of rising stars and future leading members of the arts community in their country, championed by Ballet Nights.

"The Ballet Nights Young Ambassador Programme and Masterclasses were created from a simple belief: talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. Too often, where a young artist is born determines the opportunities available to them, and we aim to change that.
Through the programme, we identify exceptional young talent from regions where access to professional opportunities can be limited, creating pathways to world-class experiences through mentorship, connection, and community. Building a network of rising stars and future leading members of the arts community.
Connecting emerging dance communities and the international ballet world is something I’m incredibly passionate about, and we aim to ensure that gifted young artists are recognised for their potential, no matter where they are."
— Maria Sascha Khan
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT FOR SOUTH EAST ASIA
WHAT IS A YOUNG AMBASSADOR?
Ballet Nights Young Ambassadors are exceptional young artists selected for their talent, potential, and artistic promise. Through a year-long free mentorship program, coaching, and international opportunities, they are supported in their development both on and off the stage.
They also serve as ambassadors for their local dance communities, building meaningful connections between emerging talent and the international ballet world.
